The process starts with an initial discussion between the customer and us. During this consultation, the customer shares their requirements, such as product type, desired features, size, material, and handling needs.
Based on the customer's requirements, we develop a design proposal outlining the specifications and features of the custom FIBC/ FIBC liner. This proposal may include CAD drawings or mock-ups for visualization.
Once the design proposal is approved, we produce a sample of the custom FIBC/FIBC liner for evaluation and testing. The sample allows the customer to assess the design and functionality.
The customer tests the sample FIBC/FIBC liner to ensure it meets their requirements. This may involve load testing, drop testing, and compatibility testing with the product.
Based on testing results, the customer provides feedback. Any necessary revisions to the design are made to address concerns.
After revisions, the customer reviews the design and provides final approval for production, confirming specifications, quantity, pricing, and delivery schedule.
Upon final approval, we proceed with the production of the custom FIBC according to specifications. The FIBCs are packaged and delivered as agreed.
We provide ongoing support to the customer, assisting with product integration and addressing any inquiries or issues post-delivery.
